I was in an accident and my insurance company said that due to the age of my car, they would not pay to repair it, and called it "totaled." I had heard good things about Gelling's from several people, so I took the car to them to see if it was still sound mechanically even though it had considerable body damage. They spend a lot of time checking it out and I felt like I got a very thorough explanation of what needed repair to make it safe to drive. I ended up keeping the car and expect to get a few more years of service out of it. The staff seemed very "old school," in that they seemed to really know cars. I was very impressed with the service, and I appreciated the use of a loaner while my car was being worked on.
