The service here was awesome right from the first phone call to schedule the service. The technician went over the issues/concerns and test drove the vehicle prior to performing any work. They provided feedback that they didn’t believe the work requested was necessary as they didn’t have the same concerns. After further diagnostic, it was determined that they were correct and other minor work was performed. I am impressed by the ultimate honesty and thorough communication provided. They could have performed the unnecessary work requested, but chose to be honest to the customer. I would recommend this service location to everyone. They have restored my faith in mechanic service.
